Block 1 is the pride of our Chardonnay vines. The fruit is whole bunch pressed, naturally fermented and nurtured in tight grain French oak for 10 months. Refined and complex exhibiting texture and structure. Stone fruits, citrus and spice are supported by fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Elegant and intense cool climate Chardonnay.

This wine is vegan and is produced without the use of any animal products.
