Geelong Grown. The fruit for the Yublong Cabernet was hand-picked, de-stemmed then fermented in small open batches. Nurtured in fine French oak for 10 months, the wine was bottled without fining.
Dark, opulent red in colour. Black currant, chocolate and plum dominate the nose followed by secondary hints of cedar, rosemary and mocha. The wine has great depth and intensity yet manages to retain a beguiling delicacy. The finish is one of fine, savoury tannins and balanced acidity. Enjoy now of long into the future.
