Leura Park Estate Grand Vintage Sparkling Blanc de Blanc 2023

Crafted from Estate grown fruit, our vintage Blanc de Blanc is made from Chardonnay free run juice. Portions of the juice are fermented in new and aged French oak to build complexity and texture. The wine is finely beaded exhibiting aromas of citrus, nougat and apple. Subtle biscuit and baked bread characters build the palate with refreshing crisp acidity driving the wine to the finish.
